You may have thought of jewelry as frivolous and extravagant and, in some cases, your thinking may have been accurate. However, humans have been making, and wearing, jewelry for a long, long time. In fact, we were making jewelry before writing was invented, before wheels were constructed and possibly even before language came into being.

This site is dedicated to the ancient art of jewelry making, in appreciation for its mysterious origins and enduring beauty.

It is also my attempt to celebrate it as a form of self-expression, a way of enhancing human beauty and a tribute to human creativity.
